piGRIP® Configurable suction cups
The piGRIP® is a unique configurable suction cup concept with individually optimized parts for gripping, lifting and height compensation. Also a large selection of fittings makes it ready to fit new machines and easy to retrofit existing cups. The fittings available are both threaded and push on fittings.
BX – 2½ Bellows DURAFLEX® (10–110 mm/0.4–4.5″)
Suitable for uneven and porous surfaces such as cardboard, etc. DURAFLEX® suction cups are manufactured in a specially developed material that features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. The material of the DURAFLEX® is mark-free.
BXF – Bellows Xtra (60–105 mm)
The BXF design is suitable for application where great level compensation is needed such as de-stacking sheets from magazines (press-line) and picking car body parts from racks or for uneven/curved surfaces.
BL-2 – Bellows Long (20–50 mm/0.8-1.9″)
The same applications as for short bellows but can cope with greater differences in levels due to the longer lifting movement. Can be used at a wide temperature range.
BL-3 – Bellows Long DURAFLEX® (30–50mm/1.2-2.0″)
The dual-hardness suction cup offers better sealing capabilities and more stable and secure handling. DURAFLEX® suction cups are manufactured in a specially developed material that features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. The DURAFLEX® material is mark-free.
BL-4 – Bellows Long (30–50 mm/1.2-2.0″)
Optimized for bags with fragile contents and food. Can also be used for the same applications as for short bellows but can cope with greater differences in levels due to the longer lifting movement.
BL-5 – Bellows Long (30–50 mm/1.2–2.0″)
Optimized for handling bags with liquid, viscous contents and frozen food. Can also be used for the same applications as for short bellows but can cope with greater differences in levels due to the longer lifting movement.
BL-2 – Bellows Long FDA & EU (20–50 mm/0.8-1.9″)
The material is approved by FDA (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. ) and meets EU’s regulation EU 1935/2004. The cup is transparent with no addition of pigments. Can be used at a wide temperature range.
BL-4 – Bellows Long FDA & EU (30–50 mm/1.2-2.0″)

Cups of food contact materials (FCM) suitable for handling bread and pastries.
F-BX – Food, 2½ Bellows, detectable (10–35 mm/0.39–1.38”)
The 2½ bellows F-BX cups of food contact materials (FCM) have a “funnel” shape design with very thin lips, but, with stable body/bellows.
Value Line® bellow suction cups (20–75 mm/0.8–3.0″)
Several short bellows in one lifting device can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes, for example embossed or corrugated plates. Volume discounts available for big packs from 30-99 pieces with an even larger discount for big packs of 100 pieces and above.
Value Line® long bellow suction cups (20–75 mm/0.8–3.0″)
Suitable for level adjustment. Lifting movement to separate small and thin objects.
