piGRIP® Configurable suction cups
The piGRIP® is a unique configurable suction cup concept with individually optimized parts for gripping, lifting and height compensation. Also a large selection of fittings makes it ready to fit new machines and easy to retrofit existing cups. The fittings available are both threaded and push on fittings.
B – Bellows (5–150 mm/0.2-6.1″)
Several short bellows cups in one lifting device can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes. The bellows also provide a slight lifting movement to separate thin items. Material used is HNBR.
B – Bellows DURAFLEX® (10-110 mm/0.4–4.5″)
Several short bellows cups in one lifting device can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes. The bellows also provide a slight lifting movement to separate thin items.
B – Bellows FDA & EU (5–150 mm/0.2-6.1″)
The material is approved by FDA (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. ) and meets EU’s regulation EU 1935/2004. Most of the cups are transparent with no addition of pigments.
B-MF – Bellows Mark Free (15–50 mm/0.6-2.1″)
The same applications as for short bellows. Also suitable for smooth objects requiring a very clean surface. Only light weight objects should be handled when the lifting force is parallel to the surface.
BF – Bellows Flat DURAFLEX® (80–110 mm/3.3–4.5″)
Suitable for uneven and porous surfaces such as cardboard, etc. DURAFLEX® suction cups are manufactured in a specially developed material that features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. The material of the DURAFLEX® is mark-free.
BFF – Bellows Flat Friction (30-110 mm/1.2-4.5″)
The BFF design is suitable for uneven/curved surfaces or if level compensation is needed, for example in de-stacking applications.
BFFT – Bellows Flat Friction for thin-sheets (23–120 mm/0.9-4.7″)
The BFFT design is the best choice for very thin metal sheets (0.6–0.8 mm/0.02–0.03″) to avoid risk for dents. The cups work great on flat and uneven/curved surfaces or if level compensation is needed, for example in de-stacking applications.
